Aviso Legal (Legal Notice)
Last updated: 2026-09-29
Spain's LSSI-CE (Ley 34/2002) requires a website that carries on an economic activity to identify who is behind it. Delevoz is not trading yet: it sells nothing, takes no payments, and earns nothing. This notice is published early, in minimal form, so the site is identifiable and reachable.
- Trade name: Delevoz
- Operated by: Cristine Manasan, Barcelona, Spain
- Contact email: hello@delevoz.com (general) / data@delevoz.com (data protection inquiries)
- Activity: online DELE A2 Spanish oral exam practice service (in development, not yet available for purchase)
Purpose of the site
Delevoz provides paid and free practice sessions for the oral component of the DELE A2 exam, using an AI examiner. Delevoz is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Instituto Cervantes.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This site and its use are governed by Spanish law. No separate courts/jurisdiction clause is included: mandatory EU consumer-protection rules generally send a consumer dispute to the consumer's own jurisdiction regardless of what a contract specifies, so it isn't needed here.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and branding on delevoz.com belongs to Cristine Manasan, except third-party content used under license (e.g., AI model outputs from Anthropic and ElevenLabs).
Right of withdrawal (consumer purchases)
Under Spanish/EU consumer law, buyers of digital services normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. Because Delevoz sessions are designed to be consumed immediately, checkout will ask you to expressly acknowledge immediate access to your session credits and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal before completing payment. See the Terms of Use §4 for how refunds work.
